Neer Sharma is the co-founder of HaikuJAM – a mobile game that promotes togetherness and self-care through collaborative writing. The community since has grown to over ~1 million users in 163 countries. Neer’s main focus lies strategic direction and product. In the last 6 months, he has led a product team of 10+ people to double long-term retention, make HaikuJAM one of the top-rated social apps (4.7*), and place HaikuJAM in the top 100 grossing social apps in Asia. The product has been studied by Orebro University for its impact on wellbeing and it showed HaikuJAM to be more positive than other social media platforms.
